    Abstract: Mortality, readmission, and length of stay (LOS) are commonly used measures for quality of hospital care. These measures are correlated with each other, so we propose a new way to combine these three variables to evaluate hospital care quality of care. In this paper, we investigate the joint probability distribution of these three variables using what we named as the Juncture Distribution Models and characteristics of the Juncture models.
