α^e*-Closed Set

Abstract: This paper deals with a new type of crisp set viz., α^e*-closed set which inherits α–e^*-almost compactness of a space X where the underlying structure on X is a fuzzy topology. Also a new type of continuous-like function between two fuzzy topological spaces is introduced under which α–e^*-almost compactness for crisp subsets remains invariant.
